Terms of Service
By using TeachersPlan you agree to these terms. They're written to be plain — questions go to hello@teachersplan.com.
What TeachersPlan does
TeachersPlan generates classroom materials (lesson plans, slides, worksheets, quizzes and more) aligned to U.S. state standards. Generated content is a teaching aid — you remain the professional responsible for reviewing materials before classroom use.
Accuracy & standards
We align materials to each state's real published standards and render them in that state's own structure. Where a state hasn't published a standard set we can source, we say so rather than invent one. We don't guarantee a generated lesson is free of error — always review before teaching.
Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to violate any law or your district's policy.
Your content
Materials you generate and save are yours to use in your teaching. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store and sync them across your TeachersPlan surfaces.
Plans & billing
There's a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pricing and any paid features are shown at checkout before you're charged. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is," without warranty. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
